Our home is very large and occupies a wonderful position overlooking the town of Vila Baleira.
The house is only a short stroll away from the town square which has numerous local bars and restaurants serving a variety of food and drinks. There is a supermarket/bakery in the square as well. First Floor The house has a large lounge with comfortable seating and has been decorated in neutral colours, and includes a television and dvd player for your use. There are patio doors onto a large balcony which also house a barbecue area which is ideal for outdoor entertaining.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you would expect to find in your own kitchen and has a built in oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer.
There is a large master bedroom with a well equipped en-suite bathroom with basin in a granite topped vanity unit, bath with power shower over, bidet and w/c. The bedroom has plenty of built in cupboard space for all your clothes and luggage, and has it's own private balcony overlooking an orchard on one side and on the other side it has patio doors which lead onto the front balcony with more outdoor seating to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the sun while admiring the stunning views.
The next bedroom has twin beds draped with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and is a very cool calm room. It also has patio doors which lead onto the front balcony and has plenty of built in cupboard space, there is also a cot kept in the wardrobe which is provided for your use at no extra cost.
This bedroom also has a bathroom next to it which also has basin in a granite topped vanity unit, bath with power shower over, bidet and w/c. Second Floor The second floor has a large seating area with television and has velux roof windows which keep it cool in the summer. The futon seating can be used for extra sleeping if necessary.
The bedroom is very large with two single beds and has its own sun terrace which is completely private and not overlooked, and has views to the sea.
The well equipped bathroom has a basin, bidet, w/c and power shower and also houses the washing machine should you need it during your stay.
Our tariff is very competitive when compared to the hotels on the island and includes maid service mid stay during a 2 week stay for linen and towel change and transfers to and from the airport or port.
